Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all concerned, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when the client or therapist must cancel an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment in the time slot reserved for you.  You may cancel your appointment by phone or through the booking page (coming soon), up till the 24-hour period, without encumbrance.

If you must cancel within the 24-hour period, you agree to purchase a gift certificate equivalent to your scheduled treatment, for the same price, or send another person to receive the treatment instead of yourself.  Please notify me by phone (707 483-5007) as to which option you prefer.  Otherwise you will be charged the full amount of your appointment, which must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.   If I must cancel within 24 hours, or if I double-book, your gift certificate is free.

No-shows
Anyone who forgoes their appointment for whatever reason will be charged for their missed appointment.   You will be receiving an email reminder two days prior, so take heed – a massage accidentally missed makes for a very disappointed body!

Late Arrivals
Please call if you are running late, as we may be able to reschedule you later the same day to avoid panic while driving.  If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.  Depending upon how late you arrive, we will determine whether there is enough time remaining to complete a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for payment for the full session booked. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
