One hour $90

One hour of massage, pressure varies from light to firm depending on your needs and degree of sensitivity.  Here I find out what your body needs, and gives a general circulatory flush.  Good for people who are new to massage, or want to sample my work. I start with a Swedish-Esalen base and add stretching and other modalities from various disciplines as the need arises. You will have homework to prolong the benefits of the massage.

90 minutes $120

A ninety minute session lets me address specific issues in your body which might only be observed in the hour massage. This time frame is the preference of my regular clients, as we don't have to omit some sections of your body in order to thoroughly address others.  

Two hours $150

A session of two full hours is useful for those who have several areas of interest, who want a mix of modalities, or have well-established muscle spasms or adhesions to release.

Gift certificates for all treatments are available by mail or can be picked up by appointment at either of my offices: Sonoma or Santa Rosa.
